A Bari institution, in my opinion, absolutely and always the best focaccia city. A small shop. A small shop, the size remained unchanged over time, which produces well as different types of bread, too tasty croissants bread, panzerotti, pizza, arancini, trays of potatoes rice and mussels. You can not go to Bari and not try the focaccia Focacciaro: low, crispy on the edges, scalding hot and tasty ... .... and while you're anxiously awaiting the words that the staff to keep repeating to reassure you: "Now comes a wheel ... .." I love everything that has "air of my house "!!!!
Un’ istituzione di Bari. A mio parere, in assoluto e da sempre la migliore focaccia della città. Un piccolo negozio, le dimensioni sono rimaste immutate nel tempo, che sforna oltre a diversi tipi di pane anche gustosissimi Pan brioches, panzerotti, pizze rustiche, arancini, teglie di patate riso e cozze….Non puoi andare a Bari e non provare la focaccia del Focacciaro: bassa, croccante sui bordi, calda ustionante e saporitissima…….e mentre sei in trepidante attesa le parole che il personale di continua a ripetere per rassicurarti: “ ora esce una ruota…..” Adoro tutto ciò che ha “aria di casa mia”!!!!
